Consumer Online Banking-Desktop
FCU's It’s Me 247 online banking service is free to FCU members. You can check balances, see copies of cleared checks, transfer money between accounts, make loan and credit card payments, apply for a loan and open savings accounts. You can also set up eAlerts to warn you when account balances meet a certain threshold and automatic transfers to happen on certain dates for certain amounts. With FCU's online banking service you can do almost everything you can do at one of our branches, except request change for a $20.
If you aren't using FCU's online bill payment service you are missing out on the ultimate time-saving and convenient service. Bill pay allows you to pay who you want, when you want, and for the amount you want to pay them. You can pay everyone from your paper boy to your national cell phone carrier. No need to buy stamps or worry about forgetting to send your payment out in a timely manner because you can set up payment automatically when you want. FCU's bill pay service is free to members VIP Rewards Silver* status or higher. Plus, bill pay keeps a 6-month history of your bills for each reference for tax purposes or other budgeting reasons. Court-ordered payments, state and federal tax payments, and international payments are not allowed to be paid by Bill Pay.
*VIP rewards program is for personal consumer accounts, business accounts do not earn VIP points. Accounts that are not VIP Silver status or higher will be charge $4.95 a month for the personal It's Me 247 Bill Pay service. Business members, ask about It's My Biz for your online service needs.

Business Online Banking
FCU's new business online banking product, Its My Biz 247, has all the functionality of our consumer online banking service, plus more. Business owners can create unique log-ins with different parameters for each employee with access. Also, FCU's business bill pay product, Biz Bill Pay, has much more functionality to meet our business member’s needs.
Quick and convenient access to account balances on the spot, this service is free and available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Sign up unlimited number of phones under the “Go Mobile” option on online banking.
To find a surcharge free ATM you can also text a street address or zip code or "City State" to 692667 (my coop) to find the closest CO-OP ATM locations.
Phone Banking| CU*Talk
Similar to our online banking service, our 24-hour telephone banking service allows you to check balances, transfer money and see what checks have cleared. It’s a great service to keep in touch with your accounts when online or mobile access isn't an option. Members need to set up a four digit pin to use this service. Call 989-497-1600 to set up your pin. Then call 1-844-776-9164 to launch CU*Talk.
CardNav enables you to manage and protect your debit card with ease. You control how, when and where your debit card may be used with CardNav. Go to our CardNav page for more information and a video on what CardNav is all about.
Member to Member Transfers - OR - Person to Person (P2P) Payments
Through Frankenmuth Credit Unions Bill Pay service, members can easily transfer to members and non member's account.
To do a member to member transfer of funds to someone else is the account number and suffix for the person you are transfer to and the first three letters of their last name. You enter this information in the transfer funds area of online banking. It's easy, it's secure and you have the option to comment both sides of the transfer how you see fit.
When you don't know the account number for the person you are paying you can also make Person to Person (P2P) payments through It's Me 247 Bill Pay program. To set up a person to person payment select the Pay Anyone button from the Pay & Transfer drop-down menu. There you will enter the information needed. The Question and Answer section includes a space for you to even enter a security question and it's answer. Only the question is sent to the recipient in the text or email. For security reasons, you must let the receiver know the answer separately.

Remote Deposit Services
eDeposit is our remote deposit service which allows you to deposit a check just by using your mobile phone, tablet or desktop. Simply take a picture of your check and go to eDeposit to see how easy it can be.
My Virtual Strong Box
Access important documents at the tip of your fingers? My Virtual Strong Box lets you safely and securely save your important documents on FCU's online banking site, It's Me 247. Files are protected with encryption, it includes a tool to safely transfer the documents when the need arises, and allows you to securely upload and archive additional documents.
