Frankenmuth Credit Union Mobile Banking
Over the past two years we have listened to our members and made some positive changes to our mobile banking app. We know that we can always do better and we do our best to move along with advancement of technology. We believe that it’s not enough to just offer a mobile app. We want to provide a mobile app that is safe, easy to use and a valuable tool for our members.
Here’s what we’ve done
- Log in: Voice Command, Thumbprint Authentication, Facial recognition, 4 Digit Pin Login
- eDeposit: The FCU mobile banking app features a new check deposit platform. Use your smartphone’s camera to take a picture of the check’s front and back; click submit and the funds will be deposited.
- Move Money: Use the Move Money on the FCU mobile banking app to transfer money from account to account—like savings to checking or to another member’s account. Under the Pay and Transfer navigation, you can pay your bills and even transfer money to a non-member’s account using nothing more than their cell phone number.
- Tap’n Go: Select mobile website on the FCU banking app for quick links to our nationwide ATM locator, MasterCard Custom Card design, loan payment service, loan calculators, click-to-call text support buttons and geo-locator maps for branch directions.
- Pay Anyone: Safely send a payment to anyone using their phone number or email address.
- Mobile Pay: We have added Apple Pay and in the works of adding Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Masterpass.
Our members have high expectations when it comes to using our mobile banking app and we want to be sure that we are meeting those expectations.
